New Car Dealership in Wayne County, Ohio is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities

Adheres to all company policies and procedures
Adheres to all state and federal laws and regulations as they apply to Finance and Insurance
Maintain an efficient workflow of all finance office processes
Contract deals
Maintain proper lender mix
Adhere to Approved Product and Product Pricing Guidelines
Maintain relationships with lending institutions
Log all deliveries accurately and in a timely manner
Aggresive and Timely approach to obtaining financing for our customers
Maintain charge backs at an acceptable level
Verify lein payoff balances and automotive insurance policies
Verify all customer signatures
Copy all non-prime documents
Verify customer vehicle deposit receipts
Assist the sales team in structuring deals
Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts
Fully Red Flag Compliant
Must have experience in the Finance office of an automotive dealership
Must have verifiable references
