A Multi-Divisional Company is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator that will be responsible for all accounts payable functions for all divisions and locations. Must be able to handle fast paced environment and quick turn around on invoice processing, provide daily reports with current information, receive/ prepare payment vouchers, update vendor accounts, post payments to ledger, attach remittances, scan, electronic file, obtain approval on invoices, pay via check and ACH.
