assist, model, teach, and supervise residents in the development of daily living skills assist with implementing a rotating chore schedule for general household tasks assist patients with personal care oversee residents in the self-administration of medication assist in maintaining individual house files and necessary documentation for each resident monitor psychiatric and physical health status of the residents and inform designated party of concerns, changes, or difficulties inform director of residential services of any maintenance or repair needs of the home assure shift coverage at all times other duties as assigned Requirements:
must be able to establish a supportive relationship with each home resident must be able to provide encouragement for individual residents in establishing and complying with routine care of their own personal space must be able to work with little to no supervision and stay on task must have a valid DL and own transportation must be able to bend, lift, twist, and stoop throughout shift must have a high level accuracy and attention to detail Hours:

00 am - 4:
00 pm This position offers an average of 35-40 hours each week.
Pay is based on experience.
